HDPP DVD's
We have produced a series of local DVD's. These include our acclaimed Street Transformations, Wonderful Historic Hinckley which includes Up the Jit and Sporting Excellence. Here Comes Summer is a sister DVD and features town events including Hinckley carnival, The Sunday School Treats, St Peters Barbeque and Hinckley Steam Engine Rally. We also have produced a full historic account of Hinckley War Memorial on its centenary and also to go with it a sister DVD called Hinckley Memorial Roll call with every name on the memorial recalled mostly with pictures of those comemorated.

These two fantastic posters were originally produced when the rink opened on Mill Hill/Cleveland Road in 1910.
Cicely Pickering Prints
We have five A3 size prints that were originally drawn by local artist Cicely Pickering. These are wonderful local scenes from old Hinckley. They are available as a set or as individual prints.

Two HDPP members have written books that we are happy to sell. They include Lynnette Lee's book called Slipping Away. The true story of her father's battle with dementia.
Dennis Perkins has also produced a book recalling his boyhood growing up in Burbage, simply called A Burbage Boyhood
